I didn't think it was healthy, it doesn't sound very healthy, heh.

I'm alright, there for a while I just started eating HORRIBLYYYYYYYYYYYYY, like, fast food 3 times a day, one day I even ate a box of ice cream by myself in two days, sick!

The last few days I've noticed I haven't been eating as much, today I had a bowl of cereal, arbys (lol), another bowl of cereal and 8 peanut butter crackers.

I dunno, I think it's just a weird thing and by tomorrow night my weight will be back to 170 like usual. But I was happy to see it saying 160, since the other day it said 170.

whoa 10 pounds? LOl i mean thats awsome but...its not exactly healthy like sandy said.

did you poop before you weighed yourself? lol i know it might sound gross but maybe thats why it said 170 the other day because you hadnt pooped before?
lol i dont even know. im just throwing things out there

then again no poop should weigh ten pounds Laughing

I didn't figure it was actually ten pounds in two days because I'd been TRYING or anything, I told my mom today "I never realized how much my weight fluctuates (sp)"

but hey, it can stay there.

Well come on, Suzy! What are ya sittin there for?

The only thing I've actually changed was the fact that I'm only drinking sprite zero, sierra mist, milk and water. instead of having like 7 or 8 (or more) pepsi's a day. Imagine how many calories I've lost just by switching? That feels nice.

omg yes.. my dads friend Joe JUST STOPPED DRINKING SODA and lost

20

pounds

in 2 months.

no exercising or anything.

you would be surprised how many calories are in soda.

also.. water retention and bowel movements account for a lot of weight.. so u might have peed a lot and pooped a good floater too lol.

maybe your scale is stuck on a piece of dog kibble and is uneven. Thats what happened to me a while back.

Ihope some of it manages to stay off!

wow, that's crazy. do you weigh yourself at the same time of day? it's best to weigh yourself first thing in the morning, at night you're going to weigh about 4-5 pounds more.

yay for changing your eating habits!

I allllways weigh myself in the morning!!!!

Baron, though, weighs himself at night. He's been going to the gym to lose weight. He says it makes him feel better to see the night-time number be waaay lower than he used to be!!

I told him he'd feed WAY better if he did it in the morning, but he refuses!!! LOL!! MEN!!

I know it was probably just something silly since I haven't acutally been trying, it just felt good to see lol this morning I did it and i was 162 instead of 160. I went to the gym for a little bit today & now I'm eating a bowl of cereal.

Feels good though, I feel good right now haha

& btw, I'm not dieting or anything, I'm just TRYING to change my bad habits (like the fast food, and caffine, exercise more, ect.) & if I was to give advice to anyone it'd be do ONE thing at a time, work at it and get used to it and then move onto something else. I feel like I might be doing better since I'm exercising a little more and tryig to eat more fruits and have no caffine, it's been a lot easier to do this than when I tried to do it all at once.

Good for you! Once you get in a good routine, it will all come more natural to you. I really need to start eating better and exercising more. During the last couple of months of my pregnancy, I got REALLY lazy and haven't gotten anymore energetic since having my daughter.
