I have these 3 white bumps right under the head of my penis.

I can pop them like pimples and a white substance comes out....I have to squeeze very hard though. Then a few days later they are back....they havent grown really.

and right under that is this weird skin that "wrinkles" every weird into a circular shape that sticks out slightly(stand out a bit more then other wrinkeles) but its not hard and its only weird looking.....but when I have an erection the weird wrinkle diappears and is just a darker looking patch of skin that sticks out slightly....is this normal or do I have an std.

only slept with 2 girls.....one was a year ago and other was recently....used condom for girl recently though. No condom for other girl....I was sure they were healthy though.

I looked at gential warts pictures but none of them looked like what I have.
Opinions would be appreciated.

Do these bumps hurt? Did they just appear? They are probably just persistant pimples, and the wrinkles and discoloration and inflamation are just scarring/irritation from picking at them. But of course if they really bother you, get them checked out by the doc. They definately don't sound like warts to me.

It could be a build-up of smegma which might appear like white bumps. Have you tried removing them by just lifting the tissue out from underneath rather than squeezing them?
