Are u married? U have to think of ur kids - and stop. It will make u look old b4 ur time which someday u don't want to happen. Ur only 27 so ur not thinking about it. Join ur local park district exercise (its cheaper than a club and they usually offer baby sitting). Sounds like u need to get out - I remember being young with 2 small kids - and feeling fat. Hope this helps. Too bad u don't have a fear of throwing up like I do!!! Not to mention, its ripping up ur insides, ur teeth will get bad and even tho u don't smell it on ur breath - others will.
