Hi, I'm seeking advice for my girlfriend (17) who is desperate to lose weight. I have given her allsorts of suggestions, and none have seemed to been taken on board. I feel that the best way of losing weight is not eating stupidly, and lots of exersize.

However, as she is not very confident in her body she doesnt like exercising in public. I am not sure of how much money she has available for the likes of joining a gym either.

Recently, she purchased some diet pills that seemed to work for her and she seems willing to diet with some help to keep her on track. I don't know much about what diets are good and which arent. Are there any that someone could suggest?

Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks

Extremely eHealthy
She is seventeen years old and her body is still developing. Diet pills are bad, bad, and more bad.

No sugar, no grains (too processed...most contain high carbohydrates) (Spelt and rice flours are okay most of the time), no meat (with all the hormones), no processed foods. Fruits, vegetables, fish, legumes, nuts...basically eat as your body was designed to eat thousands of years ago.
