I am 26 years old I am obese and I am losing weight as we speak. I was wondering would herbal fertilty pills (ovulex, natural blend) increase my chances of getting pregnant although I am still obese. My doctor said all my reproductive organs are healthy.

I've never taken Ovulex, so sorry I can't help on that question. But I wanted to say congrats on the weight-loss. That in itself will help your fertility.
