Q: urethra tube seems swollen and weak erections

Hello all,

Approximately one month ago I woke up with a raging erection. I wanted to have sex with my girlfriend, but had to pee first. I went to the bathroom, and urinated. However when I returned to bed I couldn't get another erection.

This same scenario has occurred a few times in the past month. Ever since then I'm not waking up with erections either. Also, my erections don't seem nearly as hard. Prior to this I always woke up with a morning erection.

In addition the urethra tube on the back of my penis seems swollen. Is it possible I could have physically damaged my penis. I'm very concerned due to the fact I'm a very healthy 28 year old with very little stress.

Thanks in advance for any information.
