I am currently a junior in high school, and am interested in a medical profession. Currently i see myself aiming towards a specialty in infectious disease and would like advice on the path i should take. I plan on attending the University of Florida for my four year degree and probably for med school as well. I considered something like microbiology because as well as i can figure, that ties right into infectious disease, but honestly when regarding classes i tend to favor math based subjects like the chemistry or physics. any input would be greatly appreciated
