Treatment?

Good morning, i’m suffering of severe ulcerative colitis since 13 years with several phases of haemorrhage each year, I m thirty-one now and I don’t want to undergo surgery even if this is what the specialists recommend. I ‘m looking for others supplementary treatments such as homoeopathy or ??

I would know if anyone have been treated by them and what have been the results, are there positives? Can homeopathy and or other treatments such as herbal medicines complement or replace the classical treatment i’m using since some years, 5-asa and oral corticoïds. If you have others advices they will be welcomed.. Thanks for your answers.
