have you tried changing soaps? What soap are you using, I tend to use a number of different showergels and am yet to experience a similar problem

Maybe try Crabtree and Eveyln, Jojoba oil, triple milled soap with shea butter.

You can be in the tropics and get a terrible sunburn and use Jojoba oil, or even cut certain Aloe plants to put upon the area that is affected. It will really take away the pain of the sunburn.

But when i dont wash the head of the penis even when the penis is dry i still cant touch the head cuz it burns do you have the same problem?

no, i have never encountered this... perhaps try changing to a sensitive skin soap and see what happens. If this persists, i would seek advice from your GP
