ok so i had unprotected sex with a guy twice in one night. the first time we didnt use a condom and i didnt cum in him or precum, he didnt bleed or anything, but i pulled out after a 30 seconds to a minute. then we had sex again but this time we used a condom, the condom didnt break...so my question is what is the likely chance of my getting HIV or anything else?

not using a condom, then using a condom... thats counter-active. haha. well, it doesn't sound like you know him well? your chances are always high when you have unprotected sex to get an STD, especially if you don't know him...
you should really get tested.

Get tested and always wear a condom. Bleeding, cuming or not, you can still pass on HIV and other STDs weather you cum or bleed or not...

Low
Do you know if he has HIV?

The chances are low, but not zero. The chances of him having HIV to give you AND infecting you in 30 seconds of sex withut a condom are pretty low.
