Q: nervous rash when talking to people

Hi,

I am starting to consider the fact that just maybe, I have social anxiety. It is extremly difficult for me to have a conversation with pretty much anyone without feeling really uncomfortable and getting this nervous rash on my face which goes down to my neck and chest. I have always been a "shy" and quiet person, but I think this is beyond "shy." The only 3 people I can really talk to and not get this rash, is my husband, my mom-most of the time-and my 8 yr old son. (Maybe it is bc I know these people are not judging me??) Any ideas??

I have panic disorder and bipolar disorder. When I am depressed ( never manic tho ) a similar thing happens to me. I will be talking to ppl and start sweating. I don't get a rash but my face and body begins to warm up and tingle and turn reddish and blotchy. No actual bumps tho or itchyness. But It also goes from my face to neck and chest.

Nervous rash

Hi

I have a nervous rash that is really getting me down, when ever I am nervous, drinking alcohol, scared, intimidated, self concious, hot, I get a red rash all over neck and somethimes on my face, this is really getting to me and making day to day life hard.

CAN SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!

Nervous Rash

I have the same problem, when talking to people - even people I know well, or when nervous, I get a red rash on my checks and forehead. It is not the usual embarrased redness, it is more of a flushed look. It is really annoying and I don't know what to do about it.
