i went to the optometrists to find out what this thing is. he did some checks and dilated my pupel to see if he can see anything wrong. in the end he said i'm heading for short sightedness cause i spend too much time in front of my computer and i need to look out the window for about 1 minute ever 20 minutes. then he says he doesn't know what this dot thing i'm seeing is but suggests floater stuck to retaner or circulation problem. he said he can send me to the specialists but they will most likely give me the same story. he also said to come back if i notice it change (been back twice no answers).

What I am seeing
it used to be very hard to make out what it was when i first noticed it (earlier 2007). now it is very obvious in the light (can't see it in poor lighting like in my room ). Basic rules of these things are that it is more obvious the brighter the environment but smaller. it is less obvious but bigger in lesser lit environments. i call it things because there are 2 dots (and a 3rd recently discovered) and there are other things that are hard to describe. they are like patchy stripy things. the most obvious one is stretched in a curved line. there are a couple of these things in my left eye as well but they aren't quite as noticeable and there nowhere near as many. oh and these things don't move around in my eye all they all stay in the same positions and its freekin annoying under brightness because these things follow every where i look. it would be such a nice feeling being able to look at a bright thing without seeing these once again.
