I dunno? I was only checked once around 25 weeks and I didn't have any cramping.

I had a little bit after being checked. It only lasted a couple of hours though, if it persists more than a few hours I would call your doctor.

oh yeah, I had cramping too. My sister went into labor after her doctor checked her. Of course that was probably coincidental.

oh geez. that would suck!.. had she been dilated at all or anything when she went into labor? I've heard that you don't HAVE to be dilated to go into labor.

She was dilated to like 2. She didn't get checked though till she was 38 weeks and she had been cramping a little before her appointment.

you dont have to be dialted to go into labor but you do have to be dialted to have the baby lol
so if your not dialted i think its pretty unlikely you would go into labor. most women are atleast 2cm by the time they actually go into labor

well I know you have to dilate to have the baby lol. That's good that it is unlikely it'll happen. I hope to have at least a little progress by next week... not much just enough to be like it's FINALLY almost over lol. It feels like he'll never come out!! lol
