If I were a young parent today, maybe I would have thoughts about questioning the reasons for circumcision. But, knowing me, I would probably go for it. It seems to me that the values in the decisions overcome the doubts. Just my opinion.

I also don't like the moral decision to have to step on a grasshopper who comes into my rose gardens, but, I know if I don't smash him, he will eat them alive.

It is a difficult thing to do. But, sometimes, I have to do it.

We will have to agree to disagree, I guess. I just think that people deserve more say in what happens to their bodies. (I wish I had a say in what happened to mine!)

I know what you mean, marvel and if I had a kid I don't know what I would do but I am very pleased my parents made the choice for me, I wouldn't want it any other way..

see, but the thing is, you can't really say "I wouldn't want it any other way" because this is all you have known. I'm glad you're happy with it, though. There are many other men who aren't! Smile
