I have since i think abt 8-9 years, a headache for 24/7. It feels like itching, tingling, cold, pain, burning and the feelings are from the left ear to right ear. As far as my doctor is concerned this is caused by an anxiety disorder.

But since two weeks i experencie at least 2-3 times a week strange pains. A have loads of pressure and pain in my ear and the pain goes sometimes from my ear to my tongue, like someone is pulling my tongue or is putting electricty on my tongue. The pain is so heavy that i almost sqeeuze the glass i'm drinking from or squeeze the phone i'm calling with.

Can this also be caused by anxiety?

Thanks for the replies!
