the landlords live in calli and they called last night saying that when the lease was up and they wanted to sell the house.
after travis parents talked about it i guess they decided it would be the best thing to buy the house. because of the location they could always end up leasing it out when they move and they would make a KILLING off of it.
(which is what the landlord is doing right now LOL)
so i guess they arent moving to houston anytime soon

My parents do that too. They own a house across the street from where they live now and rent it out. They also own a beach house that they rent.
