I didn't have sex till I got married, and it was a little uncomfortable. I think it had to do with all of the stress of the day and being really tired from it all. Plus I'm small and he's big, it's still uncomfortable sometimes after over 2 yrs. (and yes, he makes sure to get me going). Lube helps a ton though, so make sure to have plenty of that. Someone I know suggested taking an advil or aspirin before hand to help with any possible pain.

I would for sure go slow. My first time did hurt but only for a moment. I would also ask him to arouse you for a while before hand because that will help you produce your own lube as well inside which will make it allot more comfortable. I found Missionary to be the most comfortable the first time around. That way you're looking at him and if he can make you feel 100% comfortable then you'll relax.

definately use lubricant. you can get it in gel or liquid form, i find the liquid form better. as long as you use lubricant and he is slow and gentle with you, then the only reason it might hurt is if your hymen is still intact. this is unlikely, especially by your age it has probably been broken by now, possibly without you even noticing. i do not have a hymen and i am not aware of ever having one. if i did it never hurt when it broke and i never noticed it.
