hi all
i have both Migraines and headacs

when i have a Migraines I end up in bed all day my head like dont stop hearting i get an consent pain all the time nothing hleps i end up sleeping if i eat or drink anything i end up bring it up again.

with an headac it diffinty.
i had an pain on an off for the last week i had pains here and there.

what do other people do with a Migraines and or headacs

i think it may something i am doing or eating but not too sure.

Hmm constant mirgranes and headaches are not a good sign. You need a scan of your head to make sure there is no tumor pressing on your nerves or occluding a blood vessel.
