Q: Rash On Head of Penis

I have discovered that on the head of my penis, there is a red rash, its not itchy, and doesn't burn, now I'm not sexually active, so it can't be an STD.
Though i am worried about it, it has recently spread a bit.
Any idea's on what it could be?

It could be from the type of soap/laundry soap you're using, or from masturbating dry without lube. Try changing it up a bit.
