i searched the web and found that there is some alternative chines medicine, here are the names :

2. HAWTHORNIA
did anyone have ever tried these stuff ?
talking with i doctor i have found that there are some exercise that may help the situation, did anyone ever heard about it ?
as for the food supplements that might help it , whats recommendation there are ? ( stuff like Q10) ?
