Q: bmps and wrinkles on penis head

I have pen head size bumps and wrinkles on penis head.
I got them after having unprotected sex with a girl, maybe its just my reaction to her because all std tests turn out negative.

Can you recommend a cream that would get rid of them.

Have you seen a dermavenerologist? Urologist? Could be a yeast infection, mycosis (fungus) or an allergy to detergents. Try to use a mild, non chemical soap like one made of pure olive oil. It could pass spontaneously. Is there a smell accompanying the irritation?
