Q: ovulation predictor reliability

hi every1, im new to this.
i have been trying to conceive for about 6 months now with no luck. i have been using ovulation predictor kits and i never seem to ovulate Sad
are these kits reliable? can any1 help me? does this mean i cant have a baby?
im getting really stressed about this please some1 help me!!!

You have to be consistent when you use ovulation predictor kits. You have to start testing on a certain day (probably around CD 10) and you have to test at the same time everyday until you get a positive.

Try not to stress out about this, you'll just feed negativity.
