Well, started about 6 weeks ago, trimmed
my toenail with my fingers. Pulled it a
bit to short. Usually it grows back as
normal. Not this time, it got quite
painfull. A bit of swelling and
yellow/red looking.
Went to doctor, he said it didnt look
ingrown, but was infected. So a 5 day
course of cephelexin was set. Finsihed
that and wore some sandles to encourage
healing as doctor said.
Now, it hasnt gotten any better. In a way
its worse. There is alot of dried blood
where the nail meets the skin (left side)
and especially at the top left corner.
I have tried just letting it dry, thinking
that its healing but heh, its taking to
long and I think something is wrong. I
booking another doctors apoinment soon, I
want this problem fixed.
