Q: Precautions

My doctor has advice me to take rest donot stand to long avaoid sit on feeet, and to move upstairs because my baby position is in 3 month is like in 6 month . To avoid any possible bleeding or spot of blood she asked me to avoid fatigue . Is any body help me what extra type of care should I take. My doctor after taking ultrasound report said that usually naval is below the baby but the case is reverse. Please help me for this

Try not to do any strenous work and try to keep your feet elevated and drink plenty of fluids
