Does it help you? How often do you do it?

I have included my life's history in it.
It helps me vent. Future progeny could see
what made Great Grandpa sick. Family that
see them selves slipping into the same
conditions, can make necessary changes to
keep things from making them ill. Any kind
of record would be good to have. I had 4
distant relatives kill them selves. I wish
they had left a record, and understand
their feelings. So, we would know better
how to avoid the dangers.
I do it about every other day. I do it
every day if things are different.

I do, and it definitely helps. Mostly
helps with my anxiety, but a little with
depression as well.

I do...sometimes. I need to write in it
more, but I am pretty anal about my
writing (suffer from perfectionism), so
most of the time, I am bothered by what I
think is messy handwriting. =(
I sing a lot more than I write
though...music is my anti-drug
