Q: STD if I swallow sperm ?

I am pansexual-bisexual guy... I like oral sex to give and get from a guy or girl... but my question is when I masturbate-sex by myself if I drink my own sperm/cum, is there a possible illness/virus such as HIV or any STD or anything that I can develop If I swallow all my own cum/sperm??
