Q: itchy red bumps on arms and leg

they are red bumps that are irritating and itch n when i scratch they go invisible/ back to skin color but i see bumps everywhere. they are on my arms near my elbows and on my lower leg. its weird because i have some on my right thigh but none on my left.i feel like a frog. i also think i have exzema on my lower right corner of my hip. how do i stop the bumps?

It's hard to tell exactly what you have, but an OTC hydrocortizone cream will help with the eczema. Keep your skin well hydrated. Winter conditions can be very dry and cause your skin to be more susceptible to things like very dry skin and itchy rashes.

Don't take hot showers, since this will dry out your skin even more. Warm showers and an oil-based lotion will help your skin.

If your rash isn't weather/dry-condition related, check to see if you have changed anything in your life, such as brands of laundry detergent or soap. Food allergies such as milk can also trigger eczema.

it's not herpes... Could be ingrown hairs too try exfoliating.. Or the top answer could be right too =]
