Q: Red scrape on penis

Hey guys,

A few days ago (probably on the 28th) I noticed that my penis had a small red mark (maybe .5cm by .5cm) that's near on the shaft near the head of my penis. Its not painful, just looks iffy. I'm not currently sexually active, but I'd like to have the option when I go back to university after Christmas break. Its been fading daily so I'm not overly concerned. When I get an erection or stretch the skin it looks slightly more glossy than the skin around it.

I just had my wisdom teeth pulled so I might have had a little zipper incident I'm not remembering due to the percosets or something. I masterbated for the first day or two afterwards but it seems to get redder when I do so I've stopped doing that. It kind of looks like a scrape thats scapped over, only its smooth and glossy. I'm just making sure nothing serious happened. Thanks for your time.

Do you masturbate without lube? It could just be skin irritation from masturbating dry.

How does one treat a wound such as this?

I'm having the same problem here.

I can't put a band aid on my penis because... Well, I don't want to think about taking it off. Also, boners don't help--seam to just re-open the wound. So, uh... What am I supposed to do here?

Incipit seems to have the same thing going on as I do and I also don't know where scrape came from. I would like to be having sex but I can't let anyone see my injured member! Incidentally, I do wank it, however, I use lube. I'd like to keep wankin' it, but I can't because boners open it back up!

Thus, how does one treat a wound such as this?
