Hello-
Sorry this is so personal, but I am desperate. About 5 months ago I was playing softball with some friends when I (stupidly) was catching and got hit with the bat really hard in my lower right pelvis. I could hear this odd ripping sound when it happened. I went to the ER, Had a CT scan and everything was normal. Since then, I have been having terrible troubles! Oh, I am only 22 and very healthy with regular periods, etc before this.

Now, my breasts and clitoris have decreased in size. If I orgasm, it no longer feels the same, it's much weaker. Also, any pressure (like any type of strain to use the restroom) causes my period to start. I've visited with my gynecologist and all blood work (FSH, Thyroid, etc. are normal.) The only change was my ferritin dropped a lot- to a 5! I had a diagnostic laprascopy nearly a week ago and the only thing found was severe endometrosis right in the spot I was hit at. Any ideas/ suggestions for what it could be? Thanks! I am miserable.
