Masturbation shouldn't affect your sperm count. And, if you masturbate frequently, it is possible for less semen to ejaculate the second time. Your body does need time to replenish itself.

Are there any negative affects of masturbation I should be aware of? I'll tell you what I told another concerned person. Masturbation has absolutly zero negative effects, and infact is somewhat healthy. Sperm count is only temporarily affected but no need to worry, your body constantly produces sperm. Sperm count is lowered by three main factors in a healthy person. One is how long ago you masturbated last, for obvious reasons. The second is how aroused you get before ejaculation. If you get an erection and masturbate imediatly and ejaculate ASAP your sperm count will be lower than if you took your time and played around prior. The third is how erect you are, again for obvious reasons.

Like most people say, masturbaition isn't bad for you. But if you do it lots of times per day, just give it a break for like 2 days so you can produce some sperm. Dont listen to the people who say mastorbating is bad for you, it's perfectly fine.

Eating too much candy can be bad for you as you will get sick of it....Masturbation feels great....I mean it is one high....Only be careful that you do not get too high as it can be difficult to find your way back down again....In other words....Been there and done that...And may I add, learned well....Only this is from the viewpoint of being a woman....
