Anxiety is the key word. The last 6 months of my life have been for lack of a better word, miserable. To get to the point let me list what I have been going through on a constant, pretty much every day, almost always at the same time basis:
1. Top of the head light headed/dizziness
2. What feels like A line of pain in either my right, left, or back left region of my head
3. Nausea
4. Easily acquired heartburn (as in sometimes even a small banana will cause) that seems to defeat the antacids
5. soreness, and a strained feeling in my left wrist all the way up to the base of my left side of my head (which includes my neck).
6. Also experiencing a lot of gas and chest pains when I am feeling the heartburn or the arm is acting up real bad.
7. As you can tell this all causes a lot of anxiety.
Edit: forgot to add that my poop does not look normal at all and is often a yellowish/green. When brown it still doesn't look normal, but its not true diarrhea either, its hard to explain.
Occasionally:
1. Pain in my lower left side (perhaps part of my back injury I sustained a few years ago) (I do drink a lot of water a day because of the back injury)
2. Spasms in my anus area
3. An occasional pain, mostly noticed when moving, in my left side abdomen, right below my ribs (I feel this especially if I try to stretch.
4. Sometimes when breathing I get sharp pains that seem to be in the chest region.
Before 6 months ago I felt great, but since then I feel like I am going downhill fast and its scary. I think that perhaps I may have something going on with my digestive system and perhaps some sort of tendinitis/carpal tunnel going on in the left arm. However other than those guesses I have no idea.
I have finally received insurance again and will be going to the doctor. I just would like some help on what to ask him/her and what you all might think I am going through. thank you.
