hi i was wondering if anyone can shed some light for me im 32 years old and had a hernia since birth for the past few years after meals i get very nausea and suffer very bad with wind just recently after meals i get get very bloated and my stomach feels very heavy and i also feel like i have something stuck whenever i swollow sometimes my hernia is tender my hernia is in the centre of the v at the bottom of my rib cage thanks for taking the time to read my post
