Q: Abdominal Pain Lower Right

Happy new year all - I've been having pain in the lower right quadrant of my abdomen for a month. It comes and goes and so does constipation and gasiness. Appendicitis comes to mind but it hasn't gotten worse and there have been no other symptoms other than the pain will migrate upward on the right side sometimes. Any guesses?
