for the past 2 years my nose has felt pressure, aching and stinging at the top and behind the nose, also heat in the face.

whenever I exercise and build up a sweat i get the same sensation of water going up my nose in a swimming pool

another sensation i feel is similar to taking off in an aeroplane, (apologies for the examples but I don't know how else to explain it)

ive been to an ENT specialist and had a CT scan on my sinuses but it was all clear

i also have tried 2 courses of antibiotics and a steriod nasal spray, nose drops, and a grosson hydro pulse nasal irrigator

is there anything else this could be other than sinusitus?
as I can breathe through my nose fairly well

Maybe try flushing your nose daily with a saline (salt) solution? This practice has been used to cure sinnusitis in India for centuries. The device used to practice this form of nasal cleansing is called a net pot. Aryuvedic doctors might also be able to help you if you're interested in trying something new.

Try using a product called Sterimar® Sea Water Nasal Spray.I dont know where you're from(I'm in Malaysia and this is a French product so it should be available where ever you are)it helps me alot..after a good steam inhalation session I use this to clear my nasal cavity.Works well, give it a try.
