Hi I've posted here before. I'm depressed(seeing a counselor, not helping), I have panic attacks, but I have something to ask everyone.

Lately I have been getting lots of sleep(10 hours) and then getting up for a few then going to lay back down, sometimes sleeping. It's been going this way for a while, and I don't know why because I'm fully rested.

And now lately my head hurts in a wierd way. It's not a headache or a migraine, it's different. It's on the sides of my head and it makes my head feel heavy, like there's something inside my head.. I don't know but I almost get a panic attack every time it happens...

I just don't know what to do.. I have so many near panic attacks and everything... My head hurts and I keep sleeping..

Someone help.. If I told my mom she wouldn't do anything..

i dont know if it helps but sometimes when i over sleep my head starts to feel weird like a throbing not like a headache. eventually it goes away. i dont think its something to get overly paranoid about. just try not to sleep so much. if you feel tired and got enough sleep already then sit in a chair rahter then lay down and relax. it helps me.

Hi! Long time no hear from. Now if this gets to out of hand for you, please let you doc know. I get what they call "cluster headahes" just shy of a migraine. Not often, but I do get them. There is special medication out there for these types of headaches.

It's really common for people with depression to over or under sleep. Or even oversleep and have insomnia altogether. Are you on any medication? Some may help your sleeping, some may make it worse. Best of luck.
