Q: Sick Child

I have a little boy that is 5 and has been having what I took as cold symptoms for the past 6 days or so. He now is refusing to eat and drinks very little. He did not eat anything at the babysitters' all day. Not even snack. What could this be? He's not running a fever, but won't even play now.
