I live about 30-45 minutes from the hospital so we're in a sticky situation with that one. I hope I really do know. My mom said it was hard for her with me because she basically did the same thing as I have with her last two pregnancies.

Thanks for the comment Laura! I am very uncomfortable. Her little head is resting on my pubic bone and it hurts no matter if I'm lying down or what. I'm having some lovely contractions again. I just took my procardia and drinking water. Trying to see if they're gonna go away or what. It's kinda hard to type right now. Contractions totally suck.

I'm hoping she stays in! She could DEF use all the time she can get in your belly!!

How are you doing in the sleep dept??

Man, last night SUCKED for me!! It took me over 2 hours to get to sleep! I'm going to ask my Dr. tomorrow if I can take Tylenol PM to help me get some sleep! So I can get some rest!!

No matter what position I was in, I was in severe pain!! And I had the WHOLE bed to myself cuz I've been making Baron sleep on the sofa so I don't get sick! LOL!

That is a GREAT idea. I can't sleep well either. Takes me an hour to fall asleep then up again like 2-3 hours later (normally to go pee. but still.) It'd be nice to sleep an ENTIRE night... without pain and without being uncomfortable...

How are you feeling? great I hope...

Sleep? What's sleep? Yeah, my hips kill me, it hurts when my belly hangs over even with a pillow, I can't lie on my back. It just doesn't go well. I can get a few hours at a time but that's about it. Until I discovered Gold Bond Medicated cream yesterday I couldn't sleep because of the itching. Yes, I have PUPPS. It should have been almost impossible for me to get that. The majority of the people that get it have boys and then only about .25 to 1 percent of pregnant women actually get it. Of course, if anyone is going to get it, I am. I've been taking oatmeal baths also to help.

I'm doing so so right now. I was riding in the wheelchair at Target-yes riding no one will let me walk-and I started getting horribly painful contractions. I felt like I was going to pass out. They stayed for about an hour and then quit. That's pretty much how every day goes though. I have a few episodes a day.

My next doctor's appt is on the 17th. The office is so backed up right now that he thought it would be okay to do one more two week appt-unless I go in before then.

I haven't really been doing much at all. If I go to the store I sit in a wheelchair and then the rest of the time I'm either eating, sleeping, or laying in the bed on the computer.

My family and I are still wondering if I'm really a little farther along. I was a 37 weeker though and so was my little brother. My mom would never have been able to deliver my little bro if she had gone full term with him though. He was 8 pounds two ounces and normally my mom weighs around 100 pounds and is just tiny. They had to use they vacuum to get him out. Thankfully, neither of us had any lung issues from being born a little early.

I found that the scaryst bit was when you're actually in the hospital and you know the next time you go home you'll have your baby. That really freaked me out

I think the scariest moment I've had thus far was the second or third time I went in with contractions. When they told me I was dilating and that they could feel the baby's head, I seriously about crapped myself. Of course, I was so early too and was afraid that meant I was going to be delivering soon.

I'm starting to get VERY anxious!!!

I just printed and stamped all my "sprinkle shower" invitations!! And the date is set for the 20th! I'm crossing my legs that I don't have her till the 21st or past!!!! HAHAHAHA!!!

Thank God I downloaded the invites online for free and printed them on thick white card paper. Talk about CHEAP!!

So if I do have her and want to cancel, I can!!!

I'm getting anxious about my appt today. I HATE getting 'violated' by the Dr!! LOL!

Steph, does your hubby not wanna have sex with you because of the baby?! LOL...Baron STILL refuses because I had Oni this week and he says "we're TOTALLY not ready...so NO sex!!!"

Cheap is a good way to go Very Happy especially if you end up having to cancle

I know how you feel about being anxious about your appt. I hope he has some good news! I'm kinda scared though because this is the first time he'll be checking me.. I don't like the thought of that at all Lol

My bf WANTS to have sex so the baby will come, but he knows i'm not ready to go that far with him Smile

LOL...I'm alll about keeping her in as LONG as possible!!! I had my 1st at 37 weeks, and it wasn't that great.

She had Jaundice BAD, and it took them a lil longer to get her to breathe right.

I don't know if you told me, but what are you having? Do you know?

Being checked hurts a lil bit. It's not too bad. It's like someone fingering you WAY too hard! LOL!!

This will be my 3rd time being checked...mreh...

Lol. yeah I'm for keeping the baby in as long as possible.

I'm having a boy.

Yeah, that deff. sounds like i'm not gonna like it at all.

This should have been my 2nd time being checked but my dr. appt got postponed twice last week until today cuz he kept getting called to the hospital for deliveries, lol

Hey girls! Sorry it took me so long to get back to you. I just got back from L&D yet again. I hadn't felt too well yesterday or today and checked my blood pressure. Yeah...it was 150/100 and I have a lot of swelling. I wasn't too happy about that. On top of that though, I tried to call my doctor's office for about 45 minutes and couldn't get through to anyone. Then I started having contractions like every 3 minutes. I just decided to go in and be checked out. My blood pressure went down some to like 146/84 and my contractions slowed down some. They were about 4 minutes apart but had gotten a little less intense. They gave me a choice tonight though. He said he would give me the shots of terbutaline if I wanted or I could go home take some of my procardia with an ambien and try to get some sleep. I chose the oral meds and going home. With my blood pressure already up I didn't want the shots. They always make my pressure go up more. Then, he said I wasn't drinking enough freaking water. I drink 2 liters during the day and then through the night I drink another liter. If 3 liters a day isn't enough, then nothing will be. I am just so tired now and I'm hurting. The contractions won't go away. I'm still only 1cm and 70% so that's good. Why can't I just quit contracting for a day or so?

Oh man!!

The Dr's right about the water though...being dehydrated can bring on contractions. But 3liters is a lot!!!!

I guess, drink more?? LOL...that sounds obserd!!!

I hope they let up for you!! At least you're not dilating though!!

I just wish they would stop because I can't get any rest and they're just wearing me out. I don't think I need any more water. My pee is already crystal clear. I think if I drink anymore I'll need my own personal boat.
