What do you mean you have about size 18
breasts? Like what an 18 year old should
have? Although that is really
unpredictable...
Anyway, if you are overweight, if you
wanted to lose weight & get more fit,
when you began to exercise, you could
possibly lose some of the fat in your
breast... *probably not a lot, though*
You should really consider being happy
with what you have and making the most out
of it, but if they're really big and
effect your daily life and self-esteem,
you could consider plastic surgery.

You can have breast reduction. I have
heard that this helps people so much, but
like everyone else said, you are kinda
stuck with them.
What size is 18 breasts? I am a 36 DD,
what size are you? Also how overweight
are you. If you start to lose weight your
breast size will get smaller. You could
lose a full cup or just a little bit, it
all depends on how you breast size is
meant to be at a health weight. I know
once I start to lose weight the first
place that goes is my breasts

Maybe she means she can only fit into size
18 tops because of her breasts??
You either need to try and shift some
weight overall or consider a reduction.

i'm confused by the size 18 comment. I'm
16 and before pregnancy i was around a
34ff and now while i'm breasfeeding i'm a
34gg/h. If you're overweight then losing a
little until you reach your guideline
weight will help

I don't understand a 16 C. But if they are
so large that they are causing you
problems, ie. neck back ect. then speak
with your Doctor because in some
circumstance breast reduction surgery can
be covered by insurance.

when I lost weight (from 145 to 118) My
breasts didn't get any smaller. I wish
they would have though. That's what I was
trying to do.

16C is the same as 38C, it's the
australian measurement.
charmedwitch,
it doesn't sound to me like your breasts
are disproportionate to the rest of you.
But if you are indeed overweight, losing
some would be a good option generally for
your health. in the meantime maybe you
will feel more comfortable about your
boobs if you make sure you are wearing a
correctly fitting bra. most women wear the
wrong sized bra and don't even realise it.
if you get yourself correctly fitted then
you will be able to find a better bra that
will offer you more support. when you are
big boobed (like i am!) most of the
support needs to come from the strap which
goes around your body - not the shoulder
straps. most women wear a back size or
few to big, and a cup size or few too
small!! and especially since bras stretch
out with use, it is important to choose
one that fits tightly around the back (but
not so tight it restricts you or is overly
uncomfortable). next time you are out
shopping try trying on a 14D instead, see
how it fits. the best way to get the
correct fitting bra isn't to just look at
the size on the label, but take it in the
changing room and try it on properly. the
wires should be sitting under the breast
tissue - never on it. the back should be
tight. the top of the cups should not be
digging into your boobs giving a "four
boob" effect. you should be completely
contained and supported. when you find a
comfortable bra that fits well you should
not have so many problems!

yeah, you can't target fat.. so you'd have
to loose weight all over to loose breast
fat. try doing some cardio. breasts are
mainly composed of fat so when you're
loosing weight, more than likely you're
going to loose breast fat as well. there's
nothing you can do to target JUST your
breasts, though.
