Q: constant twitching and loss of voice

I have been experiencing constant twitching wheteher I 'm asleep or awake mostly in my knees,hands, and feet. Sor some reason they just keep wanting to move. Then about 5 days ago I have been losing my voice. Can this be caused by medication? Any advice
