Q: Stamina Building

I am a very active 27 year old male. I play squash regularly. But I am having problems in building my stamina. 10 mins inside a squash court I am already feeling tired. I run every day for around 15-20 mins before I start playing. But some how I am not able to improve my stamina and thus not able to improve my game.
I wanted to know what I can do to build my stamina. Also my eating habits are not great. Could some iron or a vitamin's deficiency be causing my low energy problems.

Would really appreciate some help over this.

Cut out dairy, sweets, and caffeine for starters. This may increase your energey by up to 20 percent!

To make up for vitamin deficiency, buy a trusted brand of multivitamins. Not something off the shelf of Walmart or Walgreen`s but a real brand that you find in natrual fiood stores.

Well, interestingly I dont take much of dairy products other than eggs for breakfast. I dont have much sweet neither drink caffeine. But yes I do drink alcohol 2-3 times a week. I am a non smoker. But yes I control my diet some times by eating salads for lunch and then a light dinner. But dont know if that would impact my stamina building.
I would go look for the multivitamins. Thanks a lot.

What do you eat on a normal basis? Well, obviously that is a bit difficult to state, so what I'm asking is, what are your meals primarily consisted of on a average daily basis? Any sort of food you exclude as a part of your life?
