For the past two weeks i have been getting slight dull aches in both testicles,mainly the left.Ialso get the ache around my thighs and in my legs.Does this sound like cancer. The aches come more when i think about it.I have no lumps or swellings. Kind regards

It doesn't necessarily sound like cancer, but you should probably get it checked out.
