for a little over a year i have been suffering from constipation. I went to the doctor after the first few months of my constipation and he just gave me fibercon and i was dismissed. Well for about a month on and off i have noticed mucus in my stool, but the past week and a half this symptom has increased along with new symptoms. These symptoms are Mucus, thin or flat shaped stools, and what i believe to be mucus in my urine. There was blood once about a month ago, but i didnt pay to much attention to it. I went to the hospital when i saw the mucus in my urine. I got blood tests and urine tests. Tests came back fine. When i type in my symptoms on search engines Colon Cancer shows up, and that kind of scares me. I am a 19 year old male. Is this unusual at my age or just in general? I have a colonoscopy next week, but the symptoms are just getting worse. Does anyone have any idea? I would really appreciate any help.
Thanks
C.S
