Organic cherry juice "not" from
concentrate that you find in health food
stores eliminates all gout symptoms for me
within 24-36 hrs. As soon as I feel it
coming on I start to drink lots and lots
of water. I also drink 32 ounces of pure
organic cherry juice right away and 32
ounces more the next day. The pain releif
starts very quickly and by the next day im
completly pain free.
Most grocery stores carry an apple cherry
blend which is not quite as effective but
still helps a whole lot.
