I had a vaginal hysterectomy 4 months ago. I am still finding sex too painfull to tolerate. The desire and the pleasure are there, but full pennetration is impossible. It hurts both outside and inside. My surgeon insists everything is OK and I am the "standard size". Is this normal and will it ever improve.
