Ok, i have been looking on forums about this because im curious and have seen mixed responses. I am 28 years old and have been masturbating since I was 16. On average about 5 days a week out of the year. Sometimes two or three times a day. I'm worried because I do want to have kids and I dont want masturbation to affect this. I'm just not sure if masturbation will cause a low sperm count or what not. If someone can please help me out on this i would appreciate it.

Also, what are the cons of masturbation? I heard fuzzy vision, and lack of concentration. But im more worried about becoming impotent and not being able to have children because of it!! Thanks!
