you haven't hit puberty yet. Give it time. Any hair in your private area? What about your voice? Has it started "cracking" when you talk?

yo dude, thats nothing to worry about ur 13 man come on, puberty prolly just hit. Hahaha not trying to embarrass myself but im 19 and i have barely any hair on my legs, you have to get very close inorder to see them, i have exactly 10 strands of hair on the armpits which is little cuz u can still count it, my arms are the same as my legs. But i have pubes and my voice is kinda deep. Thank god i still have something to prove im a man and not a kid =P

give it all time. I didn't start shaving till I was out of high school. I know its kinda embarressing as you probably have guys in school that have developed much quicker then you, don't worry you'll catch up to them eventually.

there is nothing to worry about, hair on my breast and belly started growing at around 16-17 for me, but my voice changed when I was 13. Something are not connected to others don't worry you'll catch up. Some people don't have much hair on certain parts of the body.

By the way hair on my back very piss me off, I'll get rid of them sometime in the future

I have to say that when my husband was 27, he had only three hairs on his chest. He is now 33 years old and it would now take a while to count the hairs on his chest. They are still growing. He is not hairy by any means but it takes some people longer than others to get that hair. He tried growing a mustache at age 22 and it was extremely sparse. Now he can grow a full mustache.

Sorry...just noticed this was mens chat. Sorry to intrude guys.

I didn't have hair in my armpits at 13. Didn't start growing until I was 15 or so. What's the hurry anyway? Armpit hair can be annoying, especially if you use the wrong deodorant.

When Should Kids Use Deodorant and Is It Safe?
When Should Kids Use Deodorant

A few years ago my wife and I had a serious debate on whether or not to allow our 8 year old daughter to wear deodorant. Alzheimers runs in my wifes family so she is concerned about the aluminum contained in most deodorants. Parabens have been linked with breast cancer which is also an ingredient in most deodorants. Propylene Glycol is a main ingredient also contained in even so called natural deodorants which is also used to make anti freeze. Propylene Glycol enters the skin so quickly that the EPA has warned factory workers to avoid skin contact in order to prevent brain, liver, and kidney abnormalities. So in my opinion it isnt when kids or anyone else should use deodorant but what deodorant to use.

I have done a lot of research on when kids should start using deodorant. In my opinion if the kids are using a safe natural deodorant it should be whenever the children begin to develop odor that showering once a day will not contain. This can be 5 years old or earlier in some cases. I have spoke to preschool teachers who year after year have a large percentage students who do have body odor. I have read many conflicting articles that link or do not link body odor with puberty. I honestly think that it has very little to do with puberty at all. Instead I think it has more to do with diets. Not that an unhealthy diet will make a child smell and a healthy diet will not. I think it has a lot more to do with spices that are used in the meals. It also has to do with how active the children are.

In conclusion kids should start using deodorant whenever they need to. However, be very careful about the deodorant you choose. Find a deodorant that has no Aluminum, Parabens, or Propylene Glycol. I have found Junior Varsitys Kids Deodorant to be a great option.

dont worry dude, im fifteen and have little armpit hair, some leg hair, some arm hair. but have no happy trail. actually i have more hair on my sac than under my arms (plus you claim to be about 8 inch erect in some of your other posts) so eventually youll catch up and maybe even get hairier than the rest of your class mates (you might also be part indian, and you might never get hair on certain parts of your body)

Perfectly normal, perfectly natural. This is amazingly less important than you think. Everyone is different, body hair is abnormal in your early teens. Worry about stuff that counts for a 13 year old. Be obsessed about having good friendships with other guys, Be obsessed with making the grade in school, be obsessed with having a good relationship with your parents.
