Have You Ever Think That Your Are God?

Hi, Im 27 years old and I just got out of a maniatic crisis level 1 were I have been as inpatient in a hospital for 6 weeks

In my case I though that there were 2 dimension:
1 where everybody lives (3 dimensions)
2 where just some of us are abble to live (4 dimensions)

at the same time I though that I was god the son of GOD and everybody were god but not everybody new it so my mision it was to comunicate to the world through a book distroying all the religious ideas until now

My paranoia was to go looking for the choosen ones between my familiars, friends and workmates telling them that they where god and telling them my ideas

the police with the mental people come to my house and they found all my house painted with messages to change the world and they arrest me

I lost my friends, family and work and now Im trying to recoverthem at the same time that they become familiar with my illness

Have you ever think something like that? have you ever think that you were god?
and if the rest of the humanity were wrong ? and they arrest and medicate to this 2% of people (us) that have irreal ideas and as we are minorythey put into prision our mind in order not to disclose the secrets of the humanity

it would be cool!! but my mediation say to me that this is imposible

my brother thought that god wanted him to kill our mother and that he was a messenger from god. we found 30 pages he wrote describing in detail what he thought and how he was going to do it.

i'm bipolar also but i have not had thoughts of being god or jesus. that sounds like a hard job ete! it's not totally unfamiliar to me though.

i hope you stay in therapy and help yourself as much as possible. i'm sorry you had to go away and you lost so much but now you can learn from your experience and hopefully move forward. take care!

nope never gone as far as to think i was god
that i am better than everybody, yes
but thats a typical manic thing to think, right?
that you think you know some kind of truth that nobody else in the world is allowed to know or something.
thats not just me... right?! =)

Havent ever thought I was God. Usually quite the opposite. When things overtake me I feel lower than most, not higher than all.

i thought i was evil once when i was really sick as an inpatient at a psych ward because i thought the devil was trying to tell me to do things, but then just heard yelling at me and it drove me crazy. i'd sit up and holler in my hospital room for the voices to shut up & the nurses would have to come calm me. i thought the devil was calling me to do bad things, but then i couldn't figure out if it was the devil trying to deceive me because he said he was God or if it was God.

it was just psychosis, and a really bad episode of it, at that! not had anything like that happen again in years. my meds were way off at that time. i have a new doctor now and have been stable ever since.
