I have had a breakout sort of thing where I get pimple-like sores on my thighs and pubic region. Although I have had my fair share of razor burn, the spores from the razor burn are much different from those that appear on my thighs. They are deep and full of pus, and bleed excessively. Just recently, I have developed a sore on my penis. I have had the condition on my thighs and pubic region before I became sexually active, and it has gotten worse over the last couple of years. The origins of whatever this is were developed before I was sexually active, but I am not ruling out anything. What should I do? Is it something that will go away like I was told before? Do I need to see a doctor? Get on antibiotics?
