any one here who could advice me re low protein diet, so no to strain the kidneys

its for my mother 73 years old who has a hi creatinine level
i strongly urge her to take no meat diets, no egg, no milk, no even fish and poultry,
her strength improves but cretinine remains the same
i hope yo could advice me what diet to take to decrease cretinine

i did the atkins diet! just eat ne thing thats low carb,like chiken, celery, lettuce, fish,steak,cream cheese, vegetables non starchy, go look it up online 4 more info. im use to the food now, i feel so healthy and slim.
