Q: Weightloss Pill And Birth Control

So in an effort to help my girlfriend feel as beautiful as she already is, I am helping her get a workout routine to focus on areas shes not happy with. I am unfamiliar with how birth control works however. I understand how it changes the cervix, tubes, and lining, I am however confused about where it is stored.

From what i can understand, this happens in the liver, and it is stored and released through it.

in addition to birth control could a weight loss pill result in BC being either cancelled out, or the combined two result in high blood pressure?

any input would help.

Have a Nice Day Smile

The weight loss pill can alone contribute to high blood pressure, it depends on what is in that pill. If she is thinking of taking something like that she should definitely consult a doctor. Usually from what I know the only thing that can cancel out birth control is usually a prescribed antibiotic, steroid, or something similiar but I could be wrong.

I'm sure we will end up going to see a physician or her doctor, and for the first month, I'm make her do things the old fashion way, dieting and working out. Honestly she doesn't have much to work on and after a month I think she'll be more than happy anyways.

Thanks for the help. =)

I wouldn't take the two together unless I asked a doc first.

But then, I wouldn't take diet pills in the first place.
